Bose announced a pair of true wireless headphones, the QC Earbuds, with noise reduction, and the Sport Earbuds, which are meant for sports activities. As mentioned in the details, the announcement of the wireless headphones QC Earbud and Sport Earbuds.
The announcement was expected, but not soon. Where Bose recently announced its new true wireless headphones. These two are actually a couple that was introduced by the American brand: Bose QuietComfort Earbuds QC Earbuds and Bose Sport Earbuds.
– Bose QC Earphones:
For QuietComfort Earbuds, Bose announces 8.5g weight per earphone, 2.5cm length, and up to six hours of battery life and 12 additional hours thanks to the charging case. It’s Bluetooth 5.1 compatible, but only with SBC and AAC codecs, it’s IPX4 certified for sweat and splash-proof and has touch controls.
Finally, Bose offers three pairs of StayHear Max silicone heads.
Noise reduction property
The Bose QC Earbuds are actually the first true wireless noise-canceling headphones. It has to be said that so far, Bose has launched only one pair of true wireless headphones, in 2018, the Soundsport Free. Then it was sporty headphones with fairly average insulation. It is actually the opposite of QC earbuds. These new headphones are actually based on active noise reduction, as was the case with QuietControl 20. According to the manufacturer, they guarantee the same silence “as the Bose headphones with reduced ambient noise.” Concretely, 11 active noise reduction settings are integrated with the QC Earbuds, between total noise reduction and transparency mode.
– BOSE SPORT sports headphones:
The QC Earbuds aren’t the only Bose headphones announced. The American company also introduced new sports headphones, the successor to the Soundsport Free: Bose Sport Earbuds. The announcement included the wireless headphones QC Earbud and Sport Earbuds from the prestigious company, Bose.
These headphones are also IPX4 certified, they come with 3 pairs of earphones and are compatible with Bluetooth 5.1, with SBC and AAC codecs. However they are distinguished by the absence of noise reduction – a function dedicated to QC earbuds – thus, the Bose Sport Earbuds are designed to be comfortable with silicone tips and are not supposed to move all at once in the ear, regardless of the activity you are doing.
– Price and Availability:
Both QC Earbud and Sport Earbuds will be available from October 5. The Bose QC Earbuds will be marketed at a price of 279.95 euros, or about $ 330, while the Bose Sport Earbuds will be at a price of 199.95 euros, equivalent to $ 236.
